Job Description
HDI Solutions, Inc. is looking for a strong Windows / Linux System Administrator to join our IT team for our Auburn, AL Office. The candidate must possess strong verbal and written communication skills. The candidate will be expected to install, manage, configure and update our servers, with limited support from our staff, to keep systems operational and working. The candidate must possess 2 years of experience with Windows Server / Linux System Administration
Job Requirements:
Required Experience: Candidate should have primary experience in Linux, and Windows 2003 Server System. Also there is a requirement for Software and Hardware Installation, configuration, System software and Hardware upgrades, Planning and managing system backups, Network and Server monitoring, Operating System Performance tuning, Capacity Planning, Managing system security, Troubleshooting and Problem resolution. The system administrator must posses a strong background in Linux OS, preferably with Redhat Enterprise Server. Desired Experience: Be able to administer, maintain, configure and upgrade, Windows 2003 Server Administration, Microsoft Windows XP, Microsoft Exchange, and Redhat, Linux.
